How many tasks can I add?
As many as you like. We work on one at a time, starting with the one at the top of your list. You can change the order whenever you want.
How fast will I get things back?
Small updates usually come back within a few working days. Bigger tasks are split into steps, so you see progress along the way and can give feedback early.
What is a founding client?
One of PingPong's first clients. You get 30% off the normal price and you keep that price for as long as you stay. There are only a few founding spots.
How does pausing work?
Pause for one, two or three weeks or months, or with no end date. Nothing new starts while you're paused. A pause with an end date keeps your spot.
Can you work in our own code?
Yes. We can work in the site you already have, or move it off Framer or Webflow into code you own.
